These terms govern access to the Netinfrasolutions website and advisory services offered to individuals seeking employment consulting in Germany related to logistics and supply-chain careers. By using this site or booking a consultation, you accept these terms.
Services
We provide career advisory, document review, interview preparation, and coaching as described on our consultations pages. We do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or visa results. Advice is informational and career-oriented; it is not legal counsel under German employment law unless expressly stated in a separate engagement letter.
Bookings and fees
Session fees and packages are confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices on the rates page are informational starting points. Payment arrangements are agreed offline; this website does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Site content, including guides and session materials we supply, remains the property of Netinfrasolutions or its licensors. You may use written summaries provided after a paid session for your personal job search. You may not republish our materials commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or end an engagement if information provided is knowingly false in a way that undermines advisory work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Netinfrasolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from career decisions you make after a session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent district for our registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer residing in the EU.
