Netinfrasolutions (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through netinfrasolutions.digital in connection with employment consulting in Germany for logistics and supply-chain careers.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, optional consultation preference, preferred region, and message content. If you book a session we may also process role history, CV files, and notes required to deliver advisory work. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical metadata.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to requests (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We process client session data to perform the advisory agreement (contract). Cookie preferences are stored as described on our cookies page. Where we rely on consent (for example optional analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booked engagement are typically retained up to 12 months. Client files related to paid sessions are retained up to 24 months after the last session unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. You may request earlier deletion where no overriding obligation applies.

Recipients and international transfers

We use hosting and email providers that may process data inside the EU/EEA. If a transfer outside the EEA is required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Niedersächsische Aufsichtsbehörde for data protection.
