Refunds & cancellations
Rules for deposits, no-shows, and refunds on logistics career consultations.

This policy applies to paid career advisory sessions, CV reviews, interview preparation, and coaching packages offered by Netinfrasolutions. It does not cover physical products, software subscriptions, or services we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframes below or when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative. Partial refunds may apply when work has already started (for example CV markup underway).
Cancellation timeframe
- Full refund if you cancel a single session at least 48 hours before the agreed start time.
- Fifty percent refund if you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the start time.
- No refund for cancellations inside 24 hours or for no-shows, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Coaching packages
Deposits securing a three-session package are refundable in full if you cancel before the first session with at least 48 hours’ notice. After the first session, unused sessions may be refunded at 50% of the unused portion, or rescheduled within three months.
Work already started
If you have submitted documents and we have begun written review, we may deduct a fair portion for work completed before issuing any refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once per booking at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to advisor availability.
Non-refundable items
Completed sessions that were delivered as booked are non-refundable. Third-party costs you incur (travel to Detern, printing) are not reimbursed by us.
Process and timing
Email info@netinfrasolutions.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
