About Netinfrasolutions

We advise people who already know docks, trailers, and inventory pressure — and want a clearer path through Germany’s logistics labour market.

Small team collaborating around a table

Why we exist

Logistics hiring in Germany moves fast during peak seasons and stalls in quiet months. Candidates often apply with CVs written for retail or manufacturing, then wonder why 3PLs never call. Netinfrasolutions started in Detern to give warehouse leads, dispatchers, and planners a place to pressure-test their next move with someone who speaks the same operational language.

How we work

Sessions stay concrete: contract types, shift patterns, regions you will and will not relocate to, and the difference between a title that sounds senior and a role that actually owns decisions. We do not run a job board. We prepare you to choose employers and interviews with fewer surprises.

Who you meet

Advisory work is led by practitioners with years spent around German warehouse and freight environments — supervising temporary crews, sitting in morning huddles, and reading the same job adverts you see on Stepstone and company career pages. When a question needs employment-law depth beyond our remit, we say so and point you toward qualified counsel.
